Proper movement is one of the most important ways of dealing with arthritis. Using specific movements from tai chi and yoga is especially good. There is also a new movement exercise that has been developed especially for arthritis. In addition to these easy exercises, learn a subtle, very fine expansive movement which relieves stress and pressure on joints and muscles and which can be applied in ordinary activities such as walking, sitting, etc.
